Alright 2019.....Let's Do This

I’m ready. It’s been a long time coming, but I am ready to throw myself out there and become the best version of myself in 2019. I have walked through the darkness over the past few years and I am now ready to face the future head first. How are you feeling about the new year?

I’m going to do my very best to put all that I have learned into practice. I am going to take my health and well-being very seriously and put myself as a No. 1 priority. I am not going to break this promise to myself. I am going to continue to work on my wellness to assist in the easing of my pain and frequency of flare-ups. What is your promise to yourself?

This is what we will do today.

  1. Drink 8 glasses (250mL ea) of water - without complaining. This fluid is a vital part of your life.

  2. Every time we want to eat think to ourselves “Am I really hungry?”. Be mindful of how your body and mind are feeling.

  3. Choose better food choices. Every time we eat make sure the food is serving you well. Is it fresh and full of goodness? We don’t want highly processed junk in our bodies.

I want to exist in a loving, compassionate, held space which is full of positive self-talk. I want this for you too.

I know this is going to be hard, but I have done hard things before and so have you. I know this is going to be a mental challenge as well, but I have had them before and survived and so have you.

You are worthy of your wellness and all that you dream of.
