Watermelon With Blueberries

Prepping for a few days is key. You make better choices when you have better options to choose from. I always choose local seasonal fruit as it supports local farmers & growers and lessens our carbon footprint by reducing transportation and processing.

This recipe creates 2 portions


  • 1/4 watermelon

  • 1 punnet blueberries


  1. Wash blueberries in running water. Dry off on clean tea towel

  2. Cut off watermelon skin, remove all white flesh

  3. Cut watermelon into bite sized chunks

  4. Place half of the watermelon and blueberries into one bowl and other half into sealed container

  5. Enjoy. You have just had your 2 serves of fruit #winning
